Baptist Ambulance in the greater Memphis area is seeking an Emergency Medical Service Dispatcher to support our interfacility contracts. Under Dispatch Supervisor, you will deploy and track units, broadcast orders to crews, and relay information.

Responsibilities include taking caller information under EMD protocol, determining run nature, dispatching emergent and non-emergent runs, and recording pertinent data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EMD certification preferred.
• Must have strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient computer and typing skills required.
