Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively.

• Resolve customer service concerns and operational issues professionally.
• Manage incidents and real-time operational challenges.
• Track KPIs, including on-time performance, appointment adherence, passenger onboard time, and route efficiency.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet service goals.
• Maintain records and documentation of daily operations.

Available Shift

Tues-Thu: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Fri-Sat: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively
• Monitor and adjust routes to maximize performance and service quality
• Communicate with drivers throughout their shifts to ensure operational success
• Act as the primary point of contact for driver support and assistance
• Resolve customer service concerns and operational issues in a professional manner
• Manage critical incidents, service disruptions, and real-time operational challenges
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including: On-time performance Appointment adherence Passenger onboard time Route efficiency
• Collaborate with supervisors and operational leaders to ensure service goals are met
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operations
