Job summary

Transit Team, Inc. is hiring drivers to transport the elderly and disabled across the Twin Cities Metro area. The role offers paid training, yearly pay increases, paid holidays, PTO, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Satisfactory Driving Record.
• MN Driver's License with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be able to perform duties of the role safely and effectively, must be able to bend, walk, sit and stand for extended periods, including while operating the bus and assisting passengers.
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area.

Responsibilities

• Transport elderly and disabled in the Twin Cities Metro area.
• Drive city routes between Minneapolis, Maple Grove and Burnsville depending on openings.
• Provide safe passenger assistance and customer service during trips.

Three locations Minneapolis, Maple Grove, and Burnsville provides additional flexibility, depending on our current openings.
