Job summary

Transit Team is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Minneapolis-based team. In this full-time role, you will handle inbound calls, schedule services, and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure smooth and responsive service for riders.

You will work across multiple systems, maintaining accurate records while delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Transit Team, Inc. Location: Minneapolis Base (In Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Shifts Available: Friday - Monday 8:00AM - 6:00PM Thursday - Sunday 7:00AM - 5:00PM Sunday - Wednesday 7:00AM - 5:00PM Wednesday - Saturday 6:00AM - 4:00PM Pay: $18.25 - $18.50/hr
