Job summary

Transit Team, Inc. is hiring drivers to transport the elderly and disabled throughout the Twin Cities Metro area, including Maple Grove, Minneapolis, and Burnsville locations.

The role offers paid training, yearly pay increases, paid holidays, PTO, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401k with company match, and earned wage access through Tapcheck. Military encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• MN Driver's license with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be able to perform duties safely and effectively, including boarding/alighting passengers and assisting them.

Responsibilities

• Transport elderly and disabled passengers across the Twin Cities metro area.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and timely service to riders.
• Maintain professional conduct and assist with passenger needs during trips.

Three locations Minneapolis, Maple Grove, and Burnsville provides additional flexibility, depending on our current openings. Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old or older
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Satisfactory Driving Record
• MN Driver's License with at least 1 year driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to perform duties of the role safely and effectively, must be able to bend, walk, sit and stand for extended periods, including while operating the bus and assisting passengers.
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area
