• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dispatchers to ensure efficient routing and service delivery.
• Coach, train, and set clear expectations to exceed SLAs.
• Onboard new dispatchers and monitor performance against metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, Billing, IT and other departments to drive improvements.
• Manage both onsite and remote dispatch staff and drive cross-functional initiatives.
