All Electrical Company in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Service Representative (CSR/DSR) to join our team. You will be the main point of contact between our customers and field technicians, handling calls, scheduling, and documenting job details.

This role requires clear communication, multitasking, and the ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced office. On-site work location and a supportive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, dispatch, or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling software.
