Job summary

Allied Universal in Framingham, MA is seeking a part-time Security Officer Dispatch Coordination to support our clients across Retail/Malls and other sectors. You will coordinate alarm responses, communicate with on-site teams and external partners, and help maintain a secure, welcoming environment.

This role offers a flexible schedule with evening and weekend shifts, a focus on customer service, and opportunities to learn our dispatch processes and tools through on-the-job training at Allied

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to location personnel, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitor alarms and coordinate with on-site teams and partners.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel and document activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, escalating to site contacts or emergency services.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records.
