Allied Universal, Framingham, MA, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Incident Call Intake to guard clients across various industries. The role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to grow within a leading national security partner.

Pay rate is $21.50 per hour and work shifts include DayTime Saturdays and Sundays. You will provide customer service, monitor calls and alarms from a dispatch center, coordinate dispatch to responders, and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) depending on assignment.
• Lifts up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and associates at a retail location.
• Monitor and coordinate calls, alarms, and service requests from a dispatch center.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents and maintain professional communication.
• Maintain logs and reports of calls and incidents per site procedures.
• Support patrols and communicate observations to on-site teams.
