Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail location personnel, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and coordinate alarms, calls, radios, and other reporting channels; dispatch appropriate personnel and document activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate to appropriate contacts or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records to support security operations at the location.
• Conduct regular patrols around the retail location and perimeter as assigned.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to retail location personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and coordinate communications from alarms, calls, radios, and/or other reporting channels; dispatch appropriate personnel and document activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records to support security-related operations at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail business and perimeter as assigned. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
