Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer – Dispatch Console in Maiden, NC. You will support a tech-focused site by coordinating security responses, monitoring alarms, and managing access control through badge tracking.

The role requires monitoring and incident documentation, dispatching officers, and maintaining clear communication with on-site teams. Strong customer service and computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor inbound alarms, access control events, video monitoring alerts, and dispatch officers as needed.
• Receive and prioritize calls for service and maintain dispatch logs and incident reports.
• Respond to incidents calmly and provide clear updates to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter.
