Qualifications

• Possession of a guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by applicable laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors and field personnel at a telecommunications location.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for alarms, service requests, incidents and critical situations.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with on-site personnel and responders.
• Maintain detailed dispatch logs and protect confidential information.
• Conduct regular patrols of the business and designated areas.
