Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and personnel at a commercial real estate location following site procedures.
• Monitor calls, radio traffic, alarms, cameras, and access control; document and relay information to appropriate personnel.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents and service requests, maintaining calm, clear communication.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and dispatch records per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned.
