Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors following site procedures.
• Coordinate routine and emergency calls, dispatch personnel per procedures.
• Maintain dispatch logs and handle sensitive information per site rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, and document routine and emergency calls, dispatching appropriate security-related personnel and resources in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor communications systems, alarms, cameras, and access-control notifications, escalating unusual activity or incidents to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications while handling sensitive information in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
