Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Dispatch Driver in Chandler, AZ. This full‑time driving position combines frontline security with dispatch duties to coordinate responses, monitor systems, and protect people and property at aerospace/defense locations.

• Receive, prioritize, and document routine and emergency calls, dispatching appropriate security-related personnel and resources in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor communications systems, alarms, cameras, and access-control notifications, escalating unusual activity or incidents to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications while handling sensitive information in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.

As a Dispatch Professional at an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, manage access-related information, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
