Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls, alarms, and service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor communications, maintain dispatch logs, and document incidents clearly.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular site patrols and report unusual conditions.
