Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Receive, prioritize, and document routine and emergency calls; dispatch appropriate personnel and resources.
• Monitor communications systems, alarms, cameras, and access-control notifications; escalate incidents as needed.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications; handle sensitive information.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate communications with on-site personnel and responders.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, and document routine and emergency calls, dispatching appropriate security-related personnel and resources in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor communications systems, alarms, cameras, and access-control notifications, escalating unusual activity or incidents to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications while handling sensitive information in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
