Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - SOC Operations Surveillance in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate communications, monitor information, and support response efforts to maintain a secure environment for tenants and clients.

This full-time role requires 6 months of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible shifts. You will maintain logs, perform patrols, and deliver customer service in line with Allied Universal’s people-first culture.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Proficient with computers or tablets.
• State or local security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Criminal histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff.
• Monitor dispatch communications and document incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and relay information to responders.
• Maintain logs, reports, and records of dispatch activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of property, building areas, and perimeter.
