Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a telecommunications and media location following site procedures.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and communications; document and dispatch requests.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident records per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site personnel and responders.
