Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of security-related experience required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property, including interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, document observations, and report incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to protocols.
• Complete activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation, and communicate during shift handoffs.
