Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Command Center Dispatch in Phoenix, AZ to monitor alarms and access control, dispatch security responses, and provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors. The role supports a telecommunications and media location with a focus on accurate reporting, timely dispatch, and safe operations.

The position is full-time with a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a telecommunications and media location by following site-specific security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and systems; receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch security requests and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and service requests calmly and professionally; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with site personnel and emergency responders during incidents and disruptions.
