Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Lead Routing & Dispatch Coordinator to act as a hands-on operational lead at the Braselton distribution center. You will support routing, dispatch execution, and real-time issue resolution while guiding team members and ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards.

The role emphasizes load planning, collaboration with drivers and carriers, and proactive problem-solving to maintain efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in transportation, routing, dispatch, or distribution center operations.
• Prior experience in a lead, or supervisory support role.

Responsabilités

• Lead supervision of routing and dispatch activities, providing day-to-day guidance to team members.
• Coordinate daily routing and dispatch to support on-time delivery and load planning.
• Monitor and adjust routes in real time to mitigate delays and service disruptions.
• Prepare and review transportation reports and identify improvement opportunities.
