Responsibilities

• Train and onboard associates with ongoing instruction and coaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors; manage daily partner communications.
• Identify, research, and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports for assigned areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shared goals.
• Assist in shift planning and operational readiness with supervisors.
• Schedule orders to meet SLAs and ensure on-time shipments.
• Maintain adherence to account requirements and SCAC codes as needed.
• Prepare and deliver timely daily and monthly reports for visibility.
• Manage loads from start to finish and track documentation.
• Oversee orders from printing to final shipment and ensure accuracy.
