Job summary

Carter's is seeking a 4th Shift Routing & Dispatch Admin to coordinate daily routing and dispatch activities at our Braselton distribution center in Georgia. The role supports transportation performance, works with drivers and partners, and requires a flexible schedule with on-site presence.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, knowledge of routing/distribution operations, and excellent communication and analytical abilities to ensure accurate daily reporting and on-time

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of transportation, routing, or distribution center operations.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and analytical skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routing and dispatch activities to support on-time shipments.
• Assist in onboarding and coaching associates; maintain external and internal communications.
• Prepare and analyze daily reports; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Schedule customer orders to meet SLAs and maintain routing documentation.
• Manage loads from start to finish, including PO routing and tracking.
• Maintain an organized, safe workflow and uphold safety standards.
