Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Dispatcher to provide timely responses to customer inquiries, coordinate pickups, schedule product orders, and dispatch vehicles on pre-set routes for drivers daily.

Under direct supervision, you will assist Customer Service with requests, monitor and escalate SFDC cases, update SAP data, review driver paperwork, and help ensure routes are balanced and operations stay safe and compliant. Shift: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus overtime; base pay: $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in Transportation, Logistics, Routing and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service with customer requests (SFDC cases), route changes, and rescheduling.
• Provide highest level of customer service to all customers.
• Monitor, process, and escalate SFDC cases to supervisor.
• Assist walk-in customers and support drivers with issues as they arise.
• Review driver paperwork and file documents appropriately.
• Review and update routes and new customers based on daily communication.
• Ensure routes are balanced daily and communicate changes.
• Update SAP data/notes and keep stakeholders informed.
• Contribute to safe, compliant workplace practices and meetings.
