Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking a Dispatcher to communicate with drivers, respond to service orders, schedule routes, and enter daily routing data to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires coordinating with Customer Service and Supervisors to resolve issues and maintain service levels.

You will monitor routes, assign tickets, and ensure accurate record-keeping across dispatch systems and Tower. This on-site position supports a fast-paced waste collection operation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact between drivers and home base, dispatching drivers to calls as they are received.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers; close tickets daily.
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues; communicate with drivers and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer calls from Customer Service and provide route information; coordinate with Sales and Supervisors.
