Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Florida is seeking a Dispatcher to keep daily operations on track, safely and efficiently. You will coordinate routes with Drivers and Operations, monitor progress, and respond to changing priorities to ensure timely service for our customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routes and communicate with Drivers and Operations.
• Monitor route progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Resolve service issues with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate route changes and customer requests to field teams.
• Monitor vehicle locations using dispatch systems.
• Maintain dispatch records and documentation.
• Respond quickly to changing priorities with safety in mind.
• Build positive working relationships with Drivers and supervisors.
• Support special projects and operational initiatives.
