Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player and problem solver.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly, multi-task and make prompt decisions.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch priority (emergency) and non-priority work to field resources and ensure timely response by field crews.
• Effectively manage field resources and workload to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Monitor daily performance against key metrics and take action to meet targets.
• Schedule and dispatch non-emergency work to maximize efficiency and timely completion.
• Train Dispatcher Assistant as needed.
• Contact customers to ensure efficient management of work.
