Doggett Equipment Services Group in Corpus Christi, Texas is seeking a Dispatcher. The role coordinates technician crews and equipment across multiple locations and keeps customers informed of crew status.

The dispatcher must manage schedules, safety processes, and maintain strong communication with drivers and staff. The position requires solid organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred) or technical/trade school certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Positive customer service, people skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, analytical and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist fellow dispatchers when needed

• Ability to dispatch a variety of personnel and equipment according to schedules and workloads and to ensure that the right equipment, drivers and loads are coordinated to ensure the timely and safe delivery of the equipment.
• Ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop employees.
• Excellent command of computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous management of people, with a proven track record of positive employee relations and staff development.
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Summary

The Dispatcher will be servicing multiple locations. The Dispatcher role will directly coordinate activities of technician crews and equipment.
