Job summary

GetGuard Security Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking Dispatch Operators to manage real-time communications between field officers, clients, and emergency services. You will be the critical link ensuring rapid response to security events.

Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV and alarms, dispatching officers, maintaining radio/phone contact, logging incidents, and coordinating with 911 when needed. Overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch, call center, or security monitoring experience.
• Excellent multitasking and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong computer literacy (CCTV software, CRM, reporting tools).
• Clear and professional communication skills.
