Downstream Systems in Richardson, TX is seeking a Dispatch Operations Representative (Dispatch 1) to manage supplier coordination and delivery execution. You own every ticket from start to finish, perform ETA follow-ups, and contact suppliers to resolve issues quickly.

The role is SLA-driven with an 8-hour shift, a base salary of $52,500 plus quarterly bonuses and a team collaboration bonus, plus health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and company equity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in dispatch, logistics coordination, or high-volume phone work
• A confident phone presence - suppliers respond to people who sound in command
• Calibrated on urgency: you know what Critical means and you move like it
• Organized against the clock - SLA windows are part of the job
• An ownership mindset: no hand offs, no dropped threads

Responsibilities

• Chase ETAs on same-day and next-day deliveries
• Handle supplier outreach and follow-up across the known catalog
• Work standard product issues to resolution
• Manage supplier-side service denials and date-change rescheduling
• Confirm supplier side of swap and removal orders
• Direct Magic Hire task work and monitor output quality
• Keep flawless CRM logging on every action, every ticket
