Downstream is hiring a Dispatch Operations Representative in Richardson, TX to own supplier coordination and delivery execution with tight SLA clocks. You will perform confirmation calls, ETA follow-ups, and customer communications from start to finish, handling escalations and ensuring on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in dispatch or similar, a commanding phone presence, and an ownership mindset. Base salary is $52,500 with potential quarterly bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in dispatch, logistics coordination, or high-volume phone work.
• A confident phone presence — suppliers respond to people who sound in command.
• Calibrated on urgency: you know what Critical means and you move like it.

Responsibilities

• Run standard supplier confirmation calls at volume.
• Chase ETAs on same-day and next-day deliveries.
• Handle supplier outreach and follow-up across the known catalog.
• Work standard product issues to resolution.
• Manage supplier-side service denials and date-change rescheduling.
• Confirm supplier side of swap and removal orders.
• Direct Magic Hire task work and monitor output quality.
• Keep flawless CRM logging on every action, every ticket.
