Job summary

Downstream in Richardson, TX is seeking a Dispatch Operations Representative (Dispatch 1) to lead supplier coordination and delivery execution. You’ll own each ticket from start to finish, with a high-volume call focus and strict SLA clocks guiding performance.

Base salary is $52,500 with a quarterly bonus up to 25% of base and additional team collaboration incentives. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), equity, and PTO/holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in dispatch, logistics coordination, or high-volume phone work.
• Confident phone presence and command in communications.
• Ability to prioritize urgency and meet SLA expectations.
• Organized under time pressure with end-to-end ownership of tickets.

Responsibilities

• Chase ETAs on same-day and next-day deliveries.
• Handle supplier outreach and follow-up across the catalog.
• Resolve standard product issues to closure.
• Manage supplier-side denials and rescheduling.
• Confirm supplier side of swap and removal orders.
• Direct task work and monitor output quality.
• Maintain flawless CRM logging for every action.
