Good Greek Moving & Storage in Dania Beach, FL is seeking a Customer Service and Operations/Dispatch Support to coordinate jobs, manage driver relationships, and ensure smooth operations with DOT compliance.

The role requires strong phone skills, meticulous data documentation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• 1–3 years Operations/Dispatch experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and coordinating jobs
• Maintaining driver/ helper relationships
• Ensuring adequate capacity for job coverage
• Answering the telephone and making follow-up calls
• Fielding customer service inquiries
• Provide ETA updates in company software and notes in shipment
• Monitor drivers and ensure DOT regulation compliance
• Communicate with customer and with customer service on driver schedule
• Log and track driver locations and activities
