Blanton’s Air, Plumbing & Electric in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Dispatch Manager who will own the performance of the dispatch function across all departments. You’ll ensure the right technician is on the right call at the right time, maximizing efficiency, revenue, and customer experience.

You’ll lead a team, drive daily targets, and partner with Field Operations to streamline workflows and system usage, delivering real-time improvements and high-performing dispatches in a fast-paced home

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven leadership experience.
• Strong communication and accountability leadership skills.
• High-level problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, real-time operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold dispatch accountable to performance standards.
• Own capacity utilization, scheduling efficiency, and call flow execution.
• Ensure Right Tech, Right Call across all departments.
• Monitor daily revenue and operational targets.
• Conduct daily dispatch audits, debriefs, and real-time adjustments.
• Train dispatchers into high performers.
• Partner with Field Operations to ensure execution in the field.
• Improve workflows, processes, and system usage for efficiency.
