This on-site role offers a base salary of $85,000–$105,000 plus a performance bonus, with comprehensive benefits and opportunity to shape a growing operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispatch and hold teams accountable to performance standards.
• Own capacity utilization, scheduling efficiency, and call flow execution.
• Ensure Right Tech, Right Call across all departments.
• Monitor daily revenue and operational targets.
• Conduct daily dispatch audits and real-time adjustments.
• Ensure all calls are updated, scheduled, and communicated.
