Job summary

C&G Enterprises LLC is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor in Nashville to oversee the daily dispatch process from route preparation to final route completion. The role serves as the main point of contact among delivery teams, carriers, warehouse staff, customers, and local leadership, ensuring timely decisions and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who remains calm under pressure, coaches teams, and maintains accurate documentation of operational issues and actions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, warehouse, delivery, or field-service experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Experience in appliance delivery, installation, final-mile delivery, or home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch, route readiness, driver check-in, load-out, and route completion.
• Confirm routes are properly assigned and teams have information and equipment to start.
• Monitor routes, progress, delays, failed stops, and completion status.
• Communicate proactively with teams, carriers, warehouse personnel, customers, and leadership.
