Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Manager, Operation/ Supervisor to lead daily dispatch activities, coordinate driver assignments, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and cost efficiency. This role collaborates with warehouse, transportation, and leadership teams to drive service excellence.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of TMS/dispatch software, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in transportation, dispatch, or logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispatch operations for delivery routes and linehaul movements.
• Supervise dispatch personnel and drivers; conduct daily huddles and meetings.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations and ensure customer commitments are met.
