Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Supervisor, Operation to lead daily dispatch operations for the Pilot Team, ensuring on-time deliveries and high customer service levels. You will coordinate routes, schedule drivers, and monitor performance while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in transportation/logistics with 2+ years in a leadership position, and proficiency with TMS and Excel in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with potential after-hours support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in logistics, transportation, supply chain or business preferred.
• 3–5 years of transportation, dispatch or logistics experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch activities for all delivery routes and linehaul movements.
• Coordinate driver assignments, route planning, and equipment utilization.
• Monitor delivery progress and address service disruptions.
• Communicate pickup and delivery schedules and maintain records.
• Lead and coach dispatch personnel and drivers to meet performance targets.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, customer service and leadership teams.
