Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with warehouse systems and technology.
• Basic Excel skills: Sort, Filter, VLOOKUP, simple charts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day dispatch activities and warehouse staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor workload, labor allocation, and performance.
• Support inventory control and location accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain dispatch dashboards and reporting.
• Forecast labor requirements one week in advance.
• Analyze order volumes and productivity trends.
• Develop staffing plans and core workflows.
• Lead and coach dispatch team members.
• Promote teamwork and workplace morale.
• Provide on-the-job training and documentation of training.
• Ensure all team members complete required training.
