Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Team Lead to oversee warehouse shift operations, ensuring the site runs efficiently and productively. You will take the lead on shift tasks and work with the Warehouse Supervisor to drive performance.

The role requires coaching teammates, enforcing SOPs, and maintaining accurate picking, packing, and shipment documentation while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of shipping process and equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows warehouse procedures including sorting, loading/unloading, shipment processing and documentation.
• Operates a forklift or other equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Lead on shift tasks and coach team to meet productivity targets.
• Picks, packs, and ships orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace; ensures supplies are stocked at workstations.
• Trains new hires and reinforces SOPs and best practices.
