Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs tasks to support operations including dispatch, timekeeping, customer service and data entry.
• Provides direction to dispatchers and office staff.
• Completes assigned special projects from the Operations Manager or General Manager.
• Fills in for dispatchers during vacations and assigns work to the team.
• Conducts dispatch training.
• Acts as primary contact for dispatchers needing guidance.
• Monitors and evaluates all assigned routes and requirements.
• Collaborates with Operations to resolve customer service issues.
• Keeps attendance records and issues warnings when needed.
• Assists with route audits, reroutes and hazard assessments.
