Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Hauling Operations to oversee multiple routes and drivers across a dispersed area, ensuring safety, service quality, and efficiency while aligning with the division’s budget and strategic goals.

You will lead and develop a team, implement safety programs, optimize routes, and partner with maintenance and sales to sustain a reliable, compliant operation and superior customer experience in a dynamic service environment.

• Manage labor hours and disposal costs per plan.
• Engage employees to build a collaborative, engaged team.
• Perform duties as needed to support operations and fleet maintenance.
