AJW Warehousing inc. is seeking an organized Dispatch & Office Associate to support our trucking and warehouse office. You will help coordinate local 5-tonne trucks, respond to customer inquiries, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Training is provided for the right candidate, with opportunities to grow as our service commitments expand.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with emails, spreadsheets, and standard office tools.
• Dispatching/transportation coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily dispatch operations for our local trucks.
• Communicate with drivers to support timely pickups and deliveries.
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in internal systems.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to support smooth day-to-day operations.
