Job summary

Classifieds24 is hiring for Dispatchers & Meal Order Associates to support on-time dispatch, meal distribution, and cross-department communication. This role requires coordinating with airline stations, maintaining flight data, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar fast-paced role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good planning and coordination abilities; leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and support drivers and driver helpers.
• Manage schedules, documentation, and transportation-related records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Receive and relay communications from airline clients and airport personnel.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Report food safety concerns to management and designated teams.
• Monitor vehicle status, including fueling and maintenance.
• Maintain communication across departments and distribute operational updates.
• Coordinate with airline stations regarding flight schedules, passenger counts, and meal orders.
• Provide accurate production and flight data to operational teams.
• Generate and distribute production forecasts, delivery plans, and reports.
• Maintain and update passenger and flight information in company systems.
• Support daily production planning for food operations.
• Participate in meetings to support planning and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
