Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate outbound catering on the Customer Service dock. You will review dispatch sheets, assign flights, complete team sheets, and keep schedules current, while communicating with the Customer Service team to resolve issues.

Requires excellent English, strong customer service, multitasking ability, and willingness to train and adapt to shift changes.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask – handle multiple calls, radio, and face to face communications at the same time.
• Good organizational, time management skills and computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret paperwork in English.
• Must pass training course for final certification.
• Must be flexible to work any shift/hours – shifts are subject to change due to shift bidding.

• Review dispatch sheet to check for any new routes and compare to daily
• Fill in gate and ship number
• Assign specific flights for all scheduled personnel.
• Complete team sheets.
• Assign terminators and additional sections as required.
• Keep dispatch sheets current.
• Update gate changes/routings and canceled flights and relay information
• Interact with other Customer Service team members to solve problems and resolve issues.
• Comply with Company SOPs – Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work as a member of the LSG Sky Chefs team to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our airline customers.
• Coordinate other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Pass a criminal background check, drug test
• Ability to follow instructions and stay safety conscious.
