Job summary

Flying Food Group is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily airline catering dispatch, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and related supplies to meet flight schedules. You will collaborate with production, transportation, and airline representatives to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 1–2 years in logistics/dispatch, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, warehouse, or food manufacturing operations (airline catering experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch of airline catering orders.
• Verify and organize daily dispatch schedules according to flight times.
• Track outbound/inbound vehicle movements and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain communication with drivers, loaders, and airline representatives to resolve issues.
• Record dispatch data in logs or ERP systems.
