Oldcastle APG, Inc. in Dunn, NC, is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate and schedule customer deliveries, manage a fleet of company trucks and outside haulers, and support logistics operations.

You will work with sales, shipping, and drivers to meet delivery times, learn DOT/DMV regulations for shipping building products, and use tracking software to plan routes. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school/general education degree (GED) required.
• Experience in building materials dispatch or transportation preferred.
• Knowledge of maps and routing tools to plan deliveries.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and other channels.
• Prepare shipping schedules and coordinate with trucking fleet and haulers.
• Dispatch orders to meet delivery times and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with customers and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
