Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Kansas City. You will coordinate driver schedules, manage delivery routes, and ensure customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities include dispatching drivers, monitoring routes, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate dispatch records. Flexibility for nights/weekends is required; SAP and SmartLogix experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch drivers based on orders and priorities.
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and within customer timeframes.
• Monitor routes and address scheduling conflicts or service issues.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, supervisors, and internal teams.
