Qualifications

• 3+ years in dispatch, transportation, logistics or fleet management.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Experience with TMS, dispatch software, GPS tracking and MS Office.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations.
• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Lead, coach, and support drivers and dispatch staff.
• Monitor fleet activity and respond to real-time challenges.
